Refund Policy
Speed Numb™ offers a Money Back Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with the products for any reason, simply return the products within 30 days after your purchase date for a refund.
In order to be eligible for a refund:
- All items must be unopened/unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be produced
- Contact us via email at contact@speednumb.com for authorization
Once authorization is received, it is the customers responsibility to ship the item(s) back. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If orders are returned that shipped for free (at the expense of Speed Numb™) the total refunded will be less the shipping charge for that order. It is recommended that a trackable service be used to minimize the possibility of the return being lost en route. We are not responsible for lost returns. Refunds are ONLY issued once goods are received and inspected.
Claims for DAMAGES and CUSTOMER SERVICE ERRORS must be made within 24 hours of the date of delivery.
Order Cancellation/Amendment
Contact us via email at contact@speednumb.com to cancel or make changes to an order. We will try our best to make the corrections for you. We can not guarantee changes can be made once you receive an email that your order has shipped or if it after 3pm EST. In that event the order must be returned for a refund.
Order Replacement/Exchange
If an order is received defective, incorrect or missing an item contact us at contact@speednumb.com within 24 hours of the package being delivered to start an investigation. Afterwards the item will be replaced at no cost to the customer or a refund issued for the amount of the missing item.
